Getting Started:

A simple starting point...

It would be wise to download and read the PDF guide for a proper understanding of how to safely perform this routine. (Shown on the right if you are on a computer, or at the bottom if on a phone)


However, if you are in good health you may simply start watching Part 1 & 2, and follow along with the videos.


If you are new to yoga, start with the, "beginner version." (shown on the navigation menu)


CAUTION: If you are on your menstrual cycle, have any heart related condition, or high blood pressure... replace the, "Breath Of Fire" exercise shown in the routine, with slow, deep breathing.
